December 3, 2016 at 3:34 pmI made these and the flavor is amazing but I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with granola that you would put on yogurt, not bars. They just did not stick together. I subbed maple syrup for honey to make it vegan and used GF oats. Did anyone else have this problem and if so, how did you fix it. Hope you have better luck next time. These are just perfect for a long day.

They are very easy to make and fun to add your own spin on ingredients. I added coconut flakes, flax seed, chia seeds and goji berries. I used a trail mix I had with almonds, walnuts, cranberries and a few other small seeds. I also added a scoop of vegan protein powder and it boosted the protein to 9.
